M & A Butchery is a family owned and operated butcher, established in Wilberforce, NSW in the beautiful Hawkesbury on the outskirts of Sydney, in 1991.
The Diasinos family – the name behind M & A Butchery – boasts a long line of butchers and for almost 30 years has thrived on supplying families from all over Sydney with quality award-winning meat at exceptional value. Michael Diasinos, a third generation butcher, migrated with his family from Greece to Australia in 1960.
In 1991 the couple went on to purchase the historic butcher shop in Wilberforce. The beginnings of the M & A Butchery family legacy had been planted, with all three of the sons now involved in the business. Sons Sam, Dean and Phill there full time and even the grandkids helping out on Saturdays. M & A Butchery promises customers an authentic “paddock to the plate” experience with a large portion of the lamb, beef and pork is supplied from the on-site abattoir with stock also coming from several other Australian farms and wholesalers.
